At Fielder Sports, we aim to provide reliable products and clear customer service. Please
read this Return Policy before placing an order.

  1. Return Eligibility

You may contact us to request a return or exchange if:
● You received an incorrect product.
● Your item arrived damaged or defective.
● The product materially differs from the confirmed order or product description.
● There is a verified fulfilment or delivery error caused by Fielder Sports.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number,
contact details, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and
packaging where applicable.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, the following items are generally
non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise
required by applicable law:
● Opened, used, damaged, altered, or incomplete products.
● Sports tapes, bandages, wound dressings, gloves, first aid products, and other
hygiene-sensitive consumables once opened.
● Products without original packaging, labels, seals, accessories, or proof of purchase.
● Clearance, final-sale, customised, sample, or promotional items, unless otherwise
stated.

  1. Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection,
colour preference, size preference, or unused products after an order has been processed or
dispatched.

  2. Contact Fielder Sports Limited by email at fieldersports.cs@gmail.com before
    returning any item.

  3. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos or videos.

  4. Wait for written return authorisation and return instructions.

  5. Return the approved item in its original condition and packaging within the stated
    timeframe.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted or processed.

  1. Refunds and Exchanges

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If
approved, a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund may be arranged as appropriate.

Refunds, where applicable, will normally be returned to the original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, an incorrect item,
or a verified defective or damaged product.
